In your original post from 2015 you asked for input on how old your DB’s “What’s the age of your oldest, regularly used database? I’m looking for an age in years.” , Our primary accounting DB’s is 20 years old but its far from the state it was originally in when it was first created. Not only has the DB structure undergone numerous schema changes but its been converted several times starting out as bTrieve and the converted for SQL Server 7. Later on to SQL 2000 and 2008R2. So in that example would the DB be 20 years since that was its first creation or only the age since its most recent SQL Server upgrade to 2008R2?
